hope you have been good in my absence...XDXD....cuz we are gonna stir some stinky shit right now. i am pissed for the third alternate day, india played a draw against new zealand on their third match. its an improvement after two defeats back 2 back right? i think this is worse we didn't loose by a huge margin we couldn't win it because of one run....one run...one damn run. are u kidding me??
a loss would have been better i suppose.....but i might b saying this cuz i cant think clearly right now...cuz i have anger issues or whatever.........anyway but wen i think from the players perspective i fell a little better.....how u ask?
well lets break it down........we didn't win it cuz we couldn't make an extra run in an over with two wide two dot balls and other deliveries. in that over i guess the bowler bowled 8 times and we couldn't sneak one more run such a heart break.......it makes me sick. that's probably because its easy to get sick on such things wen you are thousands of kilometers away from that place and have perched your ass on a comfy seat and stare at a screen biting your nails and praying and praying....like that's gonna help, maybe who knows so i prayed to and no i didn't bet on the match it was pure passion but most people think it wont hurt if u could make some money out of your passion....right. after all we are thought pick a job which is your passion. but i didn't. so m not saying these things out of financial frustration though i am financially frustrated.....but who isn't. so lets leave it there.
now we go to the opposition side......more frustration i guess. i mean u score above three hundred but your last over bowler screws it up and that to after you have previous two matches and had the chance to win the series like pros but its not a perfect world. DEAL WITH IT. now they have give the other team a chance to salvage a series draw....which was almost theirs.......almost i hate this word its like a consolation prize and i hate them. but admit to u its seldom that i have received anything but consolation prizes perhaps that's the reason i am sick of them.
so bottom line both sides should b pissed with this draw. but the kiwis have two wins under their belt so go out calm yourselves down and have beer. enjoy this moment savor it cuz i don't think our team will let u of the hook after this cuz its damn embarrassing for us. and you give us an inch ad we will make miles out of it.......and this just might happen so plz give us two good games that remain.
that's enough bout cricket lets come to less important things........i came across so many new kind of things which go beyond me.....the indian reserve bank has called back all currency notes in circulation that were printed before 2005. its to reduce forgery so check the reverse side of your notes it should have the year in which it was printed and notes printed in and after 2005 will have that so swap them out before 1st of april 2014. i have my doubts about this because of the date, rbi might just say after this april fool. which would be ironic because it would be the 1st time in my memory when the govt has picked april fools day to fool us.....how considerate of them.
now i come to some things which frustrate me even more than cricket. its our media news channels they make everything so damn dramatic it sounds like children stories i mean come on you are sent on screen to present facts not to tell stories. plus any news which is not a hot seller looses all coverage. look at tejas(lca). i heard they streamed live video of the flight from the cockpit. i couldn't watch it live so i searched on YouTube guess what nothing. there was some guy weaving his granny's stories around the plane with no specifications and hardly any facts. i mean when those kids kept falling in one bore well or the other they got more coverage and better reporters than our fighter plane which took over 20 years to build. it just so enraging that i cant even describe it. and even if we bear with it there is practically no follow up on such news ever its like these things are not important enough. the zeal and vigor and vocabulary used in reporting lets say a rape is so intense that its mind boggling. i am not saying that that news is not important don't get me wrong but these people are only interested in spreading negativity it seems. i read a news piece on a recent gang rape in kolkata which said the girl was raped on a busy street, i mean what the heck is it supposed to mean ?? what were these people so busy in watching the rape? or reporting it? i am almost sure it was the latter. but who am i to judge....i don know the full facts but i guess we never will know the truth about anything because these people are too busy putting their grandmas secret herb and spices in the news material to sell it better. now i think i have spread my share of negativity today. i know that not everybody does that but the no of people who do it in our media is too damn high. i request them do us all a favor and help in saving resources lik time and electricity and please just report the facts....kindly. its a humble plea....don't mess everything up for the common people.
i promise u guyz next time i write it wont be related to all this shit ....that is if u read my next blog. ill write bout something which might not be very interesting. or very useful but it will be something which is not much talked about.till then take care.
